Orphée is rehearsing in the iconic Studio 3 of Lilian Baylis House, formerly Decca Studios, the recording studio used by artists from Vera Lynn to David Bowie, and named after the extraordinary Lilian Baylis, who with her aunt the suffragist, theatre entrepreneur and social reformer Emma Cons, laid the foundations for English National Opera.
