As part of the ORPHEUS series in autumn 2019,  English National Opera is presenting Philip Glass’  opera of Jean Cocteau’s classic film, Orphée, directed and with video design by Netia Jones and Lightmap, set design by Lizzie Clachan, lighting design by Lucy Carter, costume Netia Jones/Lightmap, choreography by Danielle Agami and translation by Netia Jones and Emma Jenkins. Here Lightmap Studio follow the process of the preparation of the opera, from translation to set design, costume design, filming, programming, animation, choreography, rehearsals and stage calls.
